Liver is the largest vital organ of human body. The main function of liver is metabolism of carbohydrate, protein & fat. Besides it helps to proper synthesis & excretion of bile; storage of vitamins & minerals; excretion of toxins, drugs & some hormones etc. Hepatoprotective foods & herbs help to boost liver functions; on the other hand, liver damaging foods & herbs destroy liver texture, function & activities. Amla strengthen the stomach, brain and heart


Amla fruit

Amla is a very well-known fruit. It has many qualities and benefits. Amla can be eaten in several ways.

(i) Chewing fresh Amla or drinking its juice.

(ii) Dried Amla powder mixed with water / honey.

(iii) Makes dried amla jam.

The main function of Amla is to strengthen the stomach, brain and heart.

Amla 

***cleanses the blood, 

***increases white blood cells, 

***enhances immunity and prevents bacterial attacks. 

***In addition, it controls blood cholesterol levels, prevents heart disease, and helps the pancreas to secrete moderate amounts of insulin.

Amla is rich in fiber which cures constipation. It also cures diarrhea. 

Amla plays a major role in the secretion of enzymes in the stomach and intestines, so it cures anorexia.

According to DOS (Doctrine of Signature) & TOS (Teachings of Similarity) therapy, Amla is round in shape and looks like a head. When cut in half, it looks like an eye, which indicates that it is beneficial for various diseases of the brain and eyes.

Amla jam is useful in dementia, dizziness and other diseases of the brain. 

Amla powder mix with honey and almond oil play important roles to improve eyesight. 

Researcher said thatAmla contains anti-cancer factors that play an important role in preventing cervical cancer and ovarian cancer.

Fresh Amla is mainly used for stomach problems, Amla jam for brain diseases and Amla powder for all other types of disease.

Dosage and rules: -

Amla powder 1-2 teaspoons, extract 20-30 grams and Amla jam 2-3 pcs can be eaten daily.

To cure anorexia -

Chew 2-3 fresh Amla on an empty stomach every morning. Those who can’t eat Amla on an empty stomach or have problems with gastritis, chew Amla after eating breakfast.

To improve eyesight-

2-3 teaspoons of crushed Amla, 1 teaspoon of almond oil mixed well with honey and eat in every morning on an empty stomach for 21 days. Then eat again for 21 days with a break of 3 days. In this way you can eat up to 3 months. [It is necessary to take a break for 3 consecutive days in every 21 days ]

Various Nervous disorders-

Eat 1 Amla jam every time after eating (on a full stomach). [Not more than 3 per day]

Other Stomach Ailments-

Mix 1-1.5 teaspoon of Amla powder in 1 cup of water and eat it in the morning and at night after eating (on a full stomach). [Do not eat on an empty stomach]

For blood cholesterol levels, hyperglycaemia and other problems-

Mix 1 teaspoon of Amla powder in 1 cup of water and eat it in the morning and at night after eating (on a full stomach). [Do not eat on an empty stomach]

Warning: -

People with gastritis or peptic ulcer should never eat Amla on an empty stomach. Excessive consumption of Amla is harmful for spleen and urinary bladder.
