Scientific name: Terminalia chebula English name:  Chebulic Myrobalan Haritaki is a well-known deciduous tree. The leaves are much like as the small leaves of Jamrul (water apple tree). It’s fruits and seeds are used. The main function of Haritaki is that, it is Bile sedative ; means it is very helpful in releasing excess heat from the body.
