Harmful foods & herbs for lungs

  The lungs are one of the most important organs in our body. The main function of lungs is to maintain respiration. Respiration is the basic need of our body. If our lungs become weak, it can’t maintain the process of respiration. As a result, oxygen can’t reach into body tissues & hypoxia will develop that divert human body to death.   So, it is very important to keep our lungs healthy.
